We’ll send you the label in the post completely free of charge, all you need to do is apply the label to your bottle of Caorunn Gin and enjoy!

Applying the label is simple but we’ll include a quick video in your email confirmation to guide you.

The Caorunn Personalisation Promotion is an exciting opportunity to purchase a bottle of 70cl Original Caorunn Gin and then, using the QR code provided at the point of purchase, to order your very own, personalised label for you to apply to the bottle (Promotion).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing your order through the https://shop.caorunngin.com/products/personalisable-label you agree to these Terms and Conditions, for the provision of 70cl Original Caorunn Gin personalised label ( Personalised Label). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any Personalised Label. 

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend any aspect of this Promotion.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your rights applicable by law unless expressly excluded herein (to the extent permitted by law).

The Promoter: Inver House Distillers, trading as International Beverage is a company registered in Scotland (Company Number: SC040036) with its registered office at: Moffat Distillery, Roughrigg Road, Airdrie, Lanarkshire, Scotland, ML6 8FU is the promoter (Promoter) of this Caorunn Personalisation Promotion (Promotion). The Promoter has engaged Mail Marketing (UK) Limited to fulfil all orders placed on https://shop.caorunngin.com/products/personalisable-label. 

Mail Marketing (UK) Limited is a company registered in Scotland (Company Number: SC171868). Its registered office is at: Unit 205 9 Baird Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, Scotland, G52 4FN.

The Promoter and Mail Marketing (UK) are collectively referred to as we/us.

PROMOTION PERIOD AND PLACING YOUR ORDER

This Promotion is only available online and is subject to availability.

While stocks last, the Promotion will run from 00:00:01 UK time on 16 September 2024 and will end on 11:59:59 on 31 March 2025. Orders received after 31 March 2025 will not be accepted.

Personalised Labels are only available for 70cl Caorunn Original Gin bottles purchased by private individuals as part of this Promotion and are limited to 1 x Personalised Label for each bottle purchased.

You must be over 18 years of age to place an order for a Personalised Label. We will not accept orders for anyone under the age of 18.

We can only ship Personalised Labels to the United Kingdom, so we will not accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

This offer will be available to all customers who make an eligible purchase during the Promotion period and who place their order via the https://shop.caorunngin.com/products/personalisable-label in the following way:

Using the QR code supplied with your purchase, follow the on-screen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by you to order a Personalised Label subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Once you are ready to make an order, you will check out of your shopping basket. Your details will be processed on a secure server. When your order has been processed, your order information will be passed to us including your delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure that your order is correct before submitting it. Please note that we cannot amend your personalisation details once your order has been placed. If you have any problems with your order, you should contact us via email at caorunngin@mailmarkuk.com. Our customer services team will respond to you directly via email.
We will send you a confirmatory email to acknowledge that your order has been received by us (Confirmatory Email).
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may, at our discretion, decline to accept your order (if, for example, the order is for a delivery address outside the UK or it includes words that might be deemed offensive or deemed damaging to us or our brands).
Where we accept your order, we will confirm such order by sending you a second email (Dispatch Email) confirming your order and dispatch of the Personalised Label to the delivery address you have requested. This is sent out automatically by us to the email address you register with. By sending you the Dispatch Email and thereby confirming and accepting your order, the contract between you and us is formed (Contract). You should check both the Confirmatory Email and Dispatch Email for accuracy and let us know by email immediately if there are any errors. If there are any problems with your order which we wish to query, you will be contacted by a representative from Mail Marketing (UK).
DELIVERY PROCESS

We will aim to deliver the Personalised Label to your designated delivery address within the time set out in the Dispatch Email (5-7 days), but we are unable to give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the Personalised Label within 10 days of the Dispatch Email or any other date that we have agreed with you, then you may contact us via email at caorunngin@mailmarkuk.com and we will try to resolve where possible.

For guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas, your order must be placed by Monday 16th December 2024.

We will not be liable to the extent that any failure to deliver was caused by an Event Outside Our Control (defined below), or because you failed to provide adequate/accurate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the Personalised Label.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

Subject to any specific warranties those implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our Personalised Labels. You should inspect the Personalised Label when you receive it. If you find any defect, you must tell us as soon as possible. Please note you will be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect. On receipt of evidence of the defect, we will replace the Personalised Label as soon as possible. Nothing in this section affects your statutory legal rights.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These Terms and Conditions do not exclude our liability (if any) to you for:

personal injury or death resulting from our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
for breach of any obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
under Part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or 
for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. 

Subject to the above, our liability for breaching these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the bottle of 70cl Caorunn Original you purchased as part of this Promotion. We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion or civil commotion, failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party (including failure to supply data) and industrial action (Event Outside of Our Control).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

For the avoidance of doubt, your participation in this Promotion and your receipt of a Personalised Label confers no rights in our intellectual property.

OTHER TERMS

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scottish law and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions.

Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for customer to call their local depot.

If you wish to return Products which are not faulty, please contact us on caorunngin@mailmarkuk.com with details of your order within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Please ensure all products are checked fully upon receipt, as returns can only be processed from the delivery address. Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance to do so and after the safe receipt of the returned goods.
